Perrara gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged and unaltered merchandise purchased for full refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Purchases made by debit card will be refunded in cash or cheque.
All special orders are a final sale.
All deposits and down payments are non-refundable. Deposits toward a layaway are non-refundable.
Monogrammed, personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
You can send the unworn, undamaged and unaltered item(s) back to us within 15 days of receipt date at the address below using any trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Please include the following information with your return:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Yes we do. If you require your order to be shipped to another country, payment must be made by bank wire. Simply contact us by telephone 778-478-9830 and we will calculate shipping costs to the desired destination and give you a total and our banking information for you to provide payment. We do not accept credit cards on orders shipping outside North America. Please note you may be charged duties, customs fees and/or taxes depending on where you live and these are your sole responsibility.
