Bracelets at Perrara

Tennis, Station, Bangle, and Everything Between

A tennis bracelet is stones set edge to edge in a continuous line all the way around the wrist, no gaps and no plain metal breaking up the run. Ours run mostly diamond, with a ruby version for anyone who wants color instead of clear. Station bracelets space stones out instead, with visible metal showing between each one. Bangles are the solid, no-clasp option, which also makes them the one style you cannot get off in a hurry when you are already running late.

Everything here is solid gold, yellow or white depending on the piece, never plated. Diamond is the most common stone by far, but not the only one: a ruby micro tennis bracelet runs color instead of clear, and a cultured pearl station bracelet swaps stones for pearls spaced along the chain instead. Every piece arrives complete, the stones already set, so the only decision ahead of you is which style earns a spot on your wrist.

A bracelet clasp loosens from years of going on and off more than any other part, so the free yearly service on anything bought here always checks it, bangles being the happy exception with no clasp to loosen. Out of the area? Text us the style, tennis, station or bangle, and a person sends photos and sizing help back.

Questions we actually get

Straight answers from the people on the floor

What is a tennis bracelet?

A tennis bracelet is a bracelet where the stones, usually diamonds, are set edge to edge in one continuous line all the way around the wrist, with no visible gaps or plain metal breaking up the run. The name stuck to the style itself, so a tennis bracelet today can be diamond, colored stone or otherwise, as long as the stones run unbroken around the wrist.

Is a tennis bracelet always diamond?

Not always, though diamond is by far the most common version. Ours also includes a ruby micro tennis bracelet for anyone who wants color instead of clear stones, set in the same continuous line as the diamond version.

What is the difference between a tennis bracelet and a station bracelet?

A tennis bracelet sets its stones edge to edge in a continuous line with no gaps. A station bracelet spaces its stones apart instead, with visible chain or metal showing between each one, so the effect reads lighter and less concentrated.

Are the pearls in these bracelets natural or cultured?

Cultured. The pearl station bracelet on this page uses cultured pearls, which are real pearls grown with human help rather than found by chance, and it is the standard across fine jewelry today. Cultured is not a lesser pearl, it is simply how nearly all pearl jewelry is sourced now.
