There isn't one
You will never feel obligated or pressured to buy anything. Leaving with a shortlist and nothing in a bag is a perfectly good afternoon.

Montana
Montana runs fine jewelry sales here. She meets you, pulls the pieces, measures your finger, and says so if a ring is not right for your hand.
If she is already booked you will be with Lisa or Mark, who own the place and are here every day.

Before you come in
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any time we are open and we will look after you. An appointment just means the pieces you asked for are out and waiting, and that someone is free for the whole time you are here.
What if I am not in Kelowna?
Choose the video option when you book and we will send you a link before your appointment. We put the pieces under the camera in real light and answer everything you would ask in person. Jewelry ships across Canada.
Can I bring someone?
Please do. Add them as a guest when you book. Second opinions are welcome, and so are dogs.
What if I only want to look?
That is a good visit. We would rather you came back three times and were sure than talked yourself into something on the first afternoon.
