Here is the honest version, since we would rather say it than have you assume it: "vintage" on this page means the look, not the age. These are new settings built with the filigree and milgrain detailing of an earlier era, not estate pieces passed down from someone else. If you want an actual period antique, that is a different, much smaller world, and we will tell you plainly if that is not what you are holding.
Most vintage-style settings here are exactly that, a setting, so the center stone is chosen separately, with us, natural or lab grown, whichever house built the piece. Do not assume natural just because the style looks old-world; origin is a per-piece fact here, not a house rule, so we will always tell you plainly what is in front of you before you decide.
Filigree is finer work than a plain band, so it earns a careful look once a year, which the free annual cleaning on anything bought here covers. And if you are outside the Okanagan and cannot tell from a photo whether a piece is genuinely old or just built to look it, that is what the text button is for. Ask, and a real person tells you straight, before you commit to anything.
