OK, so opals do not photograph great, which is why we have a lovely, gorgeous video to show the incredible fire in this stone!! Side note. Sorry, will slightly ramble here and if you feel the irritation that's OK. You see when you gaze on this magnificent ring in-person you are instantly smiling and slightly twitter-pated. This picture is utter garbage (we mean, doesn’t do it justice). Yes, small amounts of frustration here. Grr.
Details:
14K yellow gold opal & diamond ring. One round cabochon Ethiopian opal, 7mm, 1.39 carat & round brilliant & pear cut side diamonds, .36pts, SI clarity, GH color. Ring size 6.
Care for Ethiopian Opals:
1. Avoid immersing in water & liquids.
2. Do not expose to extreme changes in temperature & keep away from extreme heat and prolonged sun exposure.
3. Avoid liquid chemicals such as perfumes, soaps, cleaning products - can stain or change color of opal.
4. To clean, wipe with a soft cloth.
5. Avoid manual labor while wearing.
6. When storing, ideally place in a plastic bag inside a box or drawer.
